Our 6-Stage Solar Dehydration Pipeline

We use advanced solar technology to dry our harvests naturally. By maintaining careful control over gentle warmth and clean airflow, we preserve the original taste, aroma and essential nutrients of our farm produce without relying on any artificial preservatives.

Stage 01

Selection

Suitable fresh fruits and vegetables are carefully selected.

Only produce meeting strict maturity, firmness, and cleanliness parameters is selected at our farm intake.

02
02
Stage 02

Preparation

The produce is cleaned, sorted and prepared for dehydration.

Thorough multi-stage washing with purified water, peeling, coring and uniform mechanical slicing.

03
03
Stage 03

Solar Dehydration

The prepared produce is placed in a solar dryer where controlled solar heat removes moisture.

Our enclosed, dust-proof solar dryers circulate filtered warm air to remove moisture while protecting delicate nutrients.

04
04
Stage 04

Processing

Dehydrated produce is processed into flakes, slices or powders depending on the product.

Cooling followed by precision pulverization or grading into flakes and slices in climate-controlled clean rooms.

Stage 05

Grading

Products are graded and checked before packaging.

Visual inspection, moisture content verification, and sieve grading ensure only uniform batches pass through.

Traditional Open Sun Drying vs. Solar Tunnel Technology

See why open-air methods compromise quality and how our clean solar tunnel technology protects your food.

Conventional Method

Traditional Open Sun Drying

  • Fruits and vegetables are left out in the open, picking up roadside dust, dirt and bugs.
  • Harsh, direct sunlight bleaches away natural colors and harms key nutrients.
  • Night moisture and dew build up on the produce, causing mold and bacteria growth.
  • Chemicals like sulphur dioxide are often added just to make the product look brighter.
Yashwant Protocol

Yashwant Farm Solar Process

  • Dried safely inside clean, sealed tunnels equipped with specialized air filters.
  • Gentle, indirect warmth keeps the real taste, natural colors and healthy enzymes intact.
  • Temperature is carefully managed between 40°C and 48°C to protect all essential food nutrients.
  • Completely free from artificial colors and chemical preservatives.

Farmer Solar Dryer Outreach & Capacity Building

Equipping Rural Farmers to Become Clean-Energy Food Processors

Through workshops and technology transfer under Yashwant Samrudhi FPC, we assist smallholders in deploying farmgate solar dryers. By processing excess yields immediately at the farm gate, distress sales drop to zero and farm household earnings multiply.
