For 134 years, we have treated the living Deccan basalt soil as a sacred trust, nurturing deep root systems that extract rich minerals for unmatched table grape flavor and sweetness.

Late Shri Yashwant Ramji Mahale
Founder — The Foundation of Agricultural Land
In 1892, Late Shri Yashwant Ramji Mahale laid the foundation of our family's agricultural journey in Pimpalgaon Baswant, Nashik. Despite having no formal education, his farming wisdom, soil knowledge, and water stewardship, along with his experience in the marine field, reflected his dedication and versatility.
He also contributed to education through Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara, and Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj, Nashik. His values of perseverance, education, and respect for the land continue to inspire Yashwant Farm.

Mr. Sahebrao Yashwant Mahale
Vineyard Expansion & Modern Agricultural Adoption
Son of Late Shri Yashwant Ramji Mahale stepped into agriculture during India's dawn of independence. He transformed the family holdings into high-yield commercial table grape vineyards, pioneering Y-trellis architectures, drip irrigation, and active community leadership among Nashik grape cultivators.

Modern Technology, Solar Dehydration & FPC Leadership
Son of Mr. Sahebrao Yashwant Mahale is carrying the legacy forward by combining traditional agricultural knowledge with modern food processing and solar dehydration technology. To shield farmers from post-harvest distress sales, he engineered controlled solar dryers, founded Yashwant Samrudhi Agro Export FPC uniting 311 farmers (105 women farmers), and is leading a 200-acre organic farming transition.
